Gulf Coast Industrial moved a million-pound stainless steel sulfuric converter 80 feet to its new location and connected all the pieces and ducting.

This converter, which weighs 1 million pounds, was relocated to a distance of 80 feet.

The Gulf Coast Industrial team worked round the clock for 47 days and completed 20,000-hour incident and injury-free work hours.

After relocating the converter, all connections were successfully routed to the converter system, signifying the completion of the project.
